Parking NW (NW 15th & Pettygrove): Located at 1574 NW Pettygrove St, Portland, OR 97209. It’s about a 7-minute walk from the shop, with the same pricing range of $4-10 per day.
Universal Parking: Located at 1136 NW Hoyt St STE 200, Portland, OR 97209. It’s a 10-minute walk from Tattoo Kiss, with a daily maximum of $7.
Street Parking: Located in the surrounding area, free and paid options.

I requested a one of a kind piece thay represents my ancestors, my people and who I am. Melissa completely delivered on everything that I was wanting even when I didnt completely explain myself properly. Melissa is hands down one of the most genuine and good hearted people that I've ever met. She is responsive even when it's during her personal time, she's patient and understanding. Melissa takes her time to truly make art that her clients want and love. She is attentive and aware of her clients comfortability. She truly understands and makes such an effort to completely deliver. I have been to a lot of artist and Melissa is hands down my favorite and will be my go to person from here on out.
